Your not : Having growing pains at 27.(unless, your asking the question for someone else).
Are you taking any medications? Some meds like statins can cause such issues. 
If your not on statins or other meds, I would consider trying an OTC magnesium supplement. If no improvement consult your doctor.

Post op: No. That is not common. Cramps and shooting pain could muscle or nerve related pains. Think about it if it is due to using crutches or walking on a cast or just having to move around in a way your body is not used to.

See physician: While the symptoms in your feet may reflect the need for orthotics, the fact that you have hand symptoms as well suggexts that you see your physician to be evaluated for an early stage of a generalized joint disease.

Could be: Sciatica, when a nerve in your lower back or upper thigh gets "pinched, " it can cause pain to radiate down the leg all the way to the foot.  Go see an orthopedic surgeon and find out what's causing this.  Good luck!

have occasional sharp cramp pains just down from big toe (side/bottom of left foot)for few days now,i drink heaps of water & take a multivitamin hlp

Need more info: since your symptoms state sharp pains it might be a biomechanical etiology causing a possible Tarsal Tunnel due to hyper pronation resulting in compression of posterior tibial nerve.  This would be correct if your big toe joint is not swollen and red, this might be getting Gout!! Get some elcetrolytes, for the first put an insert arch support in your shoes preventing hyper pronation.

june 2017 had ectopic pregnncy since then i neva had normal periods, each and every month after i saw them wen i wipe after pee and i have swallen and painful feet's
my lower tummy is big,hard and cramp and i have this period pains that doesn't end?

Cramps: Many chemical reasons, such as taking statin drugs, blood vessel problems, muscle disease, but these are all rare. Most of my patients' cramps are not from low potassium , magnesium or phosphorous or hypothyroid, but respond to stretching, extra potassium  (very little) quinine, benadryl, (diphenhydramine) but they can have side effects, .
