why do i have cramp after period?

Fibroids or Hormonal: Uterine menstrual cramps are due to the release of a substance called Prostaglandins that cause uterine contractions to help expel menstrual tissue/fluid during your period.  Hormonal changes or uterine fibroids or polyps can lead to persistent cramping, especially in women over 35yrs old.  Try ibuprofen or naproxen.  Seek medical attention if ur cramps persist; asap if they worsen.

Your hormones are in: .. flux for some reason.  Irregular periods and spotting could mean you may have some hormonal imbalance that could be affected by many different factors, including age (if approaching menopause?), nutrition, illness, exercise (or lack of it), body girth, psychological well-being, stress, season, or simple fluctuations of other related hormones (thyroid for example).  See your GYN if this keeps up

Very normal: Most plan B users have some irregular spotting or bleeding with it.  I still always recommend checking a pregnancy test in 2 weeks and also consider getting on a regular birth control pill as the daily pill is 97% effective.  Plan B at best is 75% effective.

Pregnant: I would encourage you to take a pregnancy test. Whenever a period is abnormal you should do a pregnancy test to evaluate for pregnancy.

Cramping diferential: There is a broad differential for cramping pelvic or lower abdominal pain. Two of those conditions you have listed are Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids.  Some other common causes may include Pelvic inflammatory disease and hemorrhagic ovarian cysts. Perhaps the most important cause to evaluate for would be an active pregnancy. A simple clinical examination by your GP or OB/Gyn would help you.

Pelvic pain: You need to see a doctor for sure with these complaints, to get a meaningful answer. Endometriosis would be one possibility that's high on the list.

Night sweats: Your symptoms may be due foods you might be eating, medication you might be taking or an illness. You need a physical and blood work.

These symptoms are related to prostaglandins, chemicals released from the cells lining the uterus during your period that cause the uterus and the intestines to contract. Prostaglandins can also cause other pain associated with menstrual periods, such as back pain and headache.
