Cramping diferential: There is a broad differential for cramping pelvic or lower abdominal pain. Two of those conditions you have listed are Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids. Some other common causes may include Pelvic inflammatory disease and hemorrhagic ovarian cysts. Perhaps the most important cause to evaluate for would be an active pregnancy. A simple clinical examination by your GP or OB/Gyn would help you.
