Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.  Pelvic pain and fever could be a sign of appendicitis. Get checked out.

See a doctor: so-called "cotton fever" involves shaking chills, cough and chest pain most of the time, not just "feeling hot."  You cannot tell the difference between this and having a severe infection like endocarditis without a doctor. Your friend needs medical help and needs to stop using IV drugs, and if you have similar issues, so do you.  Get help for both of you. Alanon can help you help your friend.

Variable: Symptoms related to dengue virus infection can last 6 months or longer, although this is unusual.  You should, however, go back and be seen by your doctor to be certain that there is not something else going on, possibly unrelated to the dengue infection.

See doctor if worse: lower right abdomen pain/cramps can be from number of things including most importantly appendicitis, but can be prelude to diarrhea, viral syndrome, kidney stones, etc . wud need more info and happy to consult otherwise do see ur primary doctor

Clinical evaluation: Your symptoms could be number of different clinical entities. It could be anywhere from Appendicitis to an Ovarian Cyst to a kidney stone etc...You may need proper clinical evaluation by a competent MD

Go to the ER!!: Some scorpions venom is quite toxic and cause nerve and tissue damage and or start to affect your ability to breathe and function.

Doesn't sound good: A doctor can evaluate if a person's bug bite has gotten bigger and harder, especially if it got more red and more tender, and especially if she developed a fever without another reason for her fever. If the bite is infected, antibiotics are usually needed. An in-person exam helps decide whether or not there is pus in the bite wound.

Fever & leg swelling: Of course, it is not absolutely certain that the 2 problems are related, but assuming they are, i would be suspicious of the possibility of venous insufficiency in the leg, a clot in the leg, a rarer condition called lymphedema (where the lymph vessels are blocked). These can give risk to a chronic indolent infection which might cause fever. Fever for a year is so unusual that it will need eval.

i have this weird blochy pink rash on my arms, legs. could that be from the fevers?

Fever and rash: This is the topic of a lengthy lecture for my medical students.  The basic answer is yes.  The rash may well be part of the infection producing the fever.  But in order to begin to determine what infection would require far more information than you have provided.  Hope you get better soon.
