Normal: Bowel sound are at times transmitted to the lower chest  but hiatal hernia may casue the same.

Words: Bronchospasm is a term that describes when the circular muscles in your airways activate and produce a restriction in air flow. If it involves the tiny airway entering the balloon like lung tissue where oxygen enters your blood, you may wheeze. Tightness usually implies a reduction of airflow without hearing wheezing. It does not imply a cause.

All that wheezes....: There is a famous saying in medicine that all that wheezes is not asthma.  Although wheezing can be assocated with asthma it can occur in heart conditions, acid reflux, viral infections, etc.  I would ask your doctor to listen to your lungs and consider doing pulmonary function tests to evaluate for asthma.  A chest radiograph (xray) is usually indicated as well.

Number of things...: This could be anything from a bacterial sinus infection that has caused upper airway inflammation, ear infection to acute bronchitis to any number of viral illness. Viral is most likely with headaches and vertigo, stay hydrated! the crackles could be mucus in upper airways, even draining from sinuses or ears. If you have an increase in shortness of breath and is concerning to you, er if worried.

Lung sounds: Hello. These can be many things depending on what's going on with the person. Assuming you are hearing them w/o a stethoscope, then they are likely upper airway secretions/mucous seen with a cold or infection. If localized to one area of the lung could be a sign of pneumonia. If these sounds ate chronic and the person is not acutely ill, could be from chronic obstructive lung disease or fibrosis.
