Creams will help: Dry, thickened, cracked heel skin may or may not have some athlete's foot fungus in it. One can try lotrimin (clotrimazole) af cream 2-3 times a day for a couple of weeks, and then switch to a non-medicated cream such as cerave, cetaphil, or eucerin. If not much improvement, a primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and offer more recommendations.

Pumice and urea: Prescription strength urea cream (40% urea) can help soften and hydrate the skin. Removal of the thick dead skin can be accomplished with regular use of a pumice stone. We have a few different heel treatments at the stride medical foot spa some which involve the use of a scalpel blade or electric file to remove very thick calluses and/or the use of a glycolic acid peel.

Evaluation: Sounds like you have a fungal infection. Would be good idea to be evaluated as there is medication available for all of these conditions. A physician may also need to perform a biopsy or culture as well.

Smooth feet: After you get your feet wet (shower bath or swimming).  Take a pumice stone and rub back and forth over the hardened areas.  You should see some skin flaking off.   You can apply some COCO BUTTER lotion to your feet afterwards.   Avoid going barefoot in common areas and check your feet daily and you'll be well on your way to healthy smooth beautiful feet.

Amlactin. Urea: Amlactinwith ammonium lachydrate can help. Another option is urea based creams. Both are avaiable over the counter in the pharmacy under foot care products.Also soak foot before applying cream and you can apply at night with Saran wrap to increase penetration.

Moisturize the crack: The heel pain may be related to the fissure or may not be and this has to be figured out.

Exam needed: Without examining the area a diagnosis can't be made. If there is spreading redness I would be concerned about cellulitis which would require antibiotic treatment. The lump could be a cyst. If warm wet  applications don't improve the discomfort, have a physician evaluate you.

There are many......: Onyx makes a good "cracked skin repair", 
O'keefe makes one.....
Sometimes the cracks etc are from excessive water (on hand) sometimes a skin condition might be present which you would want to know about as sometimes a steroid cream may be needed, also, I would consider oral fish oil supplements which have good skin lubricating properties...ever see a seal with bad skin?

Cracked skin: Make sure to be you change work shoes daily if there is any tendency fir foot or shoe moisture to develop. Of course the same applies to Sox. Apply moisturizing lotion to you foot soles after bathing while feet are still moist. This traps band preserves some of the protective skin oils. White cotton Sox are best for w work.

Rt. thigh skin softe: Rt. thigh skin softer after DVT,because after relief of DVT veins shrink to normal.skin becomes normal after exercise by strenthening the surround muscles.Due to anticoagulants blood is thinner.
