i have 10 months old baby she is taking lactose free cow milk since 7 months do i have to give her extra vitamins or suplements ?

Cow milk: Cow milk has been shown to interfere with iron absorption in the infant's intestines and is, therefore, not recommended until the baby turns 1. It can cause sometimes bloody diarrhea. I would suggest that you better get a formula for your baby or breastfeed if still an option.

Breastfeeding: Please be very cautious about taking supplements while breastfeeding because of impurities that might be detrimental to your baby. Your baby will not develop cow milk allergy by breastfeeding.

Weight &amp; height : Your baby's weight &amp; height are both on the 95th percentile on the growth chart which means he is big allover. He is overweight  &amp; tall for his age but compatible with his height. 16 oz of formual a day is not much but he is on breat feeding too, try not to feed him before 4 hours, also feed him before you sleep at night until the morning, this way you both can sleep through the night. Baby foods: For most baby foods, you can refrigerate the leftovers, but you should not feed your baby from the same dish. Take some out of the container and put it in a small dish. Feed him with a spoon; don't put the food in the bottle. Go gradually. Some babies don't want solid foods until nearly 6 months. Also, I would avoid adding sugar or salt to the food- keep it plain.

Too young: A 4 month old baby is too young for any kind of milk that is not breast milk or a baby formula created for babies. The combination of nutrients in cow milk or other kinds of milk is not balanced correctly for young babies. In the U.S., babies don't start drinking cow milk until reaching age 1 year.

Not sure: Was there a reason that you stopped breastfeeding- were you on a medication, or sick? If so, one of those factors could have changed the taste of the breast milk. Also, some babies, when they take formula in a bottle, figure out that it's easier than the breast and may prefer it. Keep trying, but don't panic. Experiment. Maybe some breast milk in the bottle first and then switch to the breast?

Milk Only: This child is months too young for anything but milk.  Please do not give this child food or anything besides their mild or formula. Your baby doctor will have the recommended schedule for when adding food is safe.  Food too soon leads to a lifetime weakness in their immunities and to an elevated risk for obesity.

when i nurse my 4 month old, the other side lets down at the same time but no milk comes out - it tingles and i see a bulge on my areola where i think the milk is flowing to. once she nurse on that side the very soft bulge goes away. what is this?

Normal: This is normal.  Your milk letdown will happen on both sides while feeding on one side.
