Not sure: Well, this is not an uncommon complaint. I doubt if it is related to the bleeding itself as if you are anemic that should be present throughout the cycle. Of course, it probably is related to hormone levels which are lowest during the bleeding. Doctors at the cleveland clinic discovered that blood flow to the uterus and lungs increases during the first 2 weeks of the cycle so that may be pertinent.

Possible menopause: This could be a sign of early menopause. You are a bit young, but menopause can be a procees that can go on for a few years. You can have hormone levels checked to see if it is. You could also have thyroid disease, and this could be checked with hormone levels, too.

No: No, unless the pms is causing anxiety, that is causing shortness of breath. Otherwise, it should not be related.

Multiple things: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If you sleep on your stomach you could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm. Get checked out just to make sure.

Dyspnea: That sounds alarming.  Hard to tell without more information and without physical examination.  Possible causes include asthma/pneumonia/pulmonary embolism (cot in the lungs).  See a doctor asap.

Asthma: The seasonality of your symptoms suggests that it may be allergen triggered bronchospasm (aka, asthma). Do you cough also? (typical). Do you wheeze? (typical). You can be tested any time of year with a provocative protocol (methacholine challenge) - pulmonary function test. There are very good treatments once the diagnosis is established.

Need more info: If you are overweight, that could be the explanation. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative, not easy.
It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor.

Plenty: I presume this is stress related so you need to resolve the stress either by talking with your supervisor to change circumstances if this is possible or seeing a counselor to help you learn stress coping techniques. Pleural: effusion ("water on the lung") can produce this and some viral infections may be the "culprit" You need to have a standard Chest Xray as soon as possible....
