Hard to say..: A proper diagnosis of your lesion is needed, and that is accomplished with a visualization of the lesion, its history, your medical history, and examination of your teeth in that area. Your post gives us very little information, and that's why you need to make an appointment to be seen by a local dentist.

Warm compress: Warm moist compresses should help this resolve faster and provide some pain relief.  Resist the urge to squeeze or poke it, as this could cause infection.

Here are some ...: Apparently, this small white pimple is incidentally self-found and most likely represents a hyperactive sebaceous gland of hair follicle or a sebaceous cyst, but 
it's harmless and requires no Rx as long as not hurting you and staying in small size until getting infected occasionally. Without looking at it, it's still hard to offer accurate Dx; so seek pro-evaluation &amp; counseling if still in doubt

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. And... flesh colored growths on the genitals would be suspicious for warts.

"Pimples" on the: head are usually Pilar cysts or folliculitis neither of which is an STD. I can't think of any STD's that would appear on the scalp unless there was a rash all over the body.

: Assuming they are always there (i.e. not turing into open sores or scabs within a few days), probably they  normal skin glands, just more prominent than some. No STD looks or behaves like this. But check with a doctor if you remain concerned or uncertain.
