i've had a sore throat for about a week now and cough up milky mucus, sometimes it causes my right ear to clog. what could it be?

SINUSITIS: Symptoms of sinusitis include:nasal congestion and obstruction, purulent nasal discharge, tooth pain facial pain or pressure that is worse when bending forward, fever, fatigue, cough, smell problems, ear pressure, and headache.  These symptoms usually would be present for over a week.

Post viral but: It is hard to tell.  If you have never had allergies before then it's probably not that.  If you have facial pressure you may have a sinus infection.

Galactorrhea: It sounds like you probably have galactorrhea, which is benign milky discharge from the nipples. This is more common in women who have had babies, especially if they have breastfed, but it can happen to anybody. Depo can sometimes cause this. If there is any blood in the discharge, or if it is greenish colored, you should see a doctor.

Getting your tubes: clamped doesn't prevent you from having other gynecologic problems.  In this case, it sounds like you have a vaginal infection.  I recommend that you see a doctor. Urine infection ?: What is described may represent a urinary tract infection, so a culture is needed to determine how to treat this.  Ask your gyn physician for a "clean catch urine culture", and treatment if necessary.
