Yes: Chronic, forceful coughing will cause some of the mucous membranes to tear and you may cough up flecks of blood as well sometimes more.
The tissue would be from your bronchi and trachea most likely not lung.

Rhinorrhea: The need for tissues suggest nasal discharge, also called rhinorrhea.  Common causes of rhinorrhea are common cold (last 5-10 days), allergies (last days, weeks, months, years), irritants (smoke, perfume, etc), sinus infection (last over 14 days usually) and other unusual causes.  If symptoms improve with antihistamine, this suggests an allergy.   Consider seeing an allergist to find cause.

No unless it is oral: You may cough up oral tissue post pharynx.

If you have a fever: or cough persists beyond one week i would see a doctor for evaluation. it may be viral but if there is a fever or any colored mucous it could be bacterial and require antibiotics. hope that helps

Need to be seen: Anytime there is blood passed rectally you need an exam.
This may be as simple as a hemorrhoid, but also can be the sign of much more significant problems.

Make an apt with your health are provider and have this checked out.

Mgt: There are many possible conditions, but pneumonia and bronchitis are more common. Please see you PCP.

Probable lipoma: The lump is probably a lipoma, which is a benign fat tumor.  If you see a dermatologist, they can usually tell you whether it could be anything else and whether it it worth removing it.

i have had a dry cough for a couple of weeks and my dr. prescribed an antibiotic 2 days ago, with no improvement yet. this morning when i was blowing my nose, there were black streaks in the tissue. could this be an abx side effect? another issue?

Unlikely : Save the tissue which can be tested for the presence of blood. Rinse nasal passages with saline, and have a pulmonary evaluation for a cough which is worsening or persistent.

Heart Disease: The leading cause of death for patients with emphysema is cardiac disease (heart attack) irrespective of the stage of copd).

have chronic cough, small 4mm nodule. 3.3cm soft density tissue in anterior mediastinum. etiologies residual thymus,thymoma,lymphoma. should i worry?

Yes: A 3.3 cm. nodule needs close follow-up although it may well turn out to be benign.   You need to consult a pulmonologist re. the cause of your chronic cough and conditions such as asthma and Tb need be ruled out.
