Unlikely : Coughing up liquid from throat does not mean you have genital warts in your mouth.See your doctor it may be due to post nasal drip.

Clear nasal drainage: positional cough with phlegm can be caused by several things.  It could be postnasal drainage from allergies or could be a sign of more serious lung or heart issue.  If it persists a doctor should examine you and listen to your heart and lungs.  Clear nasal drainage could just be a sign of nasal allergies or nasal irritation. It could also be cerebrospinal fluid leaking but doubt this if no trauma

Prostate fluid: Yes, the prostate may be over full and you may need to relieve it of the pressure by ejaculating a few times. But, you may also just be in your prime and your hormones are working over time. This sounds like a normal phase of being a young man.

But, if there is any risk that you have a sexually transmitted disease you should get tested.

every time i lie down i cough up clear water  i did have a upper lobe removed from my lung due to cancer about three years ago last few days rough breathing  suddenly now coughing up liquid should i be worried?

: If recent onset, may be an episode of acute bronchitis.  If longer, could be worsening of underlying lung disease or change at site of prior lobectomy.  Reflux also possible. In any case, you need to get this evaluated by your doctor promptly

Uncoordinated swallo: "dysphagia" is difficulty swallowing, can be due to muscular, neurological issues. See md, may need a swallowing study, e.g. Video esophagram, to watch the mechanism, with liquids, thin and thick , as well as solids.

Cough: I think that drinking something cold can indeed make a cough worse due to the close proximity of of the esophagus to the trachea. Cold typically causes structures that have the ability to constrict or narrow. In the airway this narrowing or constriction can lead to bronchospasm which leads to shortness if breath/ coughing/ wheezing.

Not recommended: Cough and cold meds are not usually recommended for children under 4 years old. This is because they may have more  serious side effects and there is no proven benefit from most of them. Give your child plenty of clear fluids, run a cool mist humidifier, suction her nose with saline and a bulb syringe. If she has a fever &gt;101 or other symptoms, see her doctor.
