Yes there are.: Olanzapine, Risperidone, and Quetiapine are all medications with similar pharmacology and indications to Abilify (aripiprazole).  You should ask your prescriber about them.

Health insurances: Health insurances are a risk management for profit business. Their goal is to make a profit. Since they were introduce they have caused health prices to go up. They are betting on not having to pay for treatment. Now that health cost is so high we can not do without them. With the introduction of the hmo's and ppo's, the have succeeded transferring the health risk to the health providers.

Not interchangeable: A SNF is for people who require skilled nursing care while a residential care facility is for someone who may need some support in order to preserve a measure of independence but who does not need regular skilled nursing care. Both are expensive but usually a SNF is more.

Call for quote : I do not work for lifestyle lift but patients I have seen typicallynstatenthatbtgusruns just over 4000 usd. However I am also told that they will encourage you, using various sales techniques by a non-physician to encourage other supplementary procedures such as laser or eyelid procedures which may raise the price to well over 8000 according to my patients.

Varies place 2 place: Also how much needs to be analysed. Suggest you ask dr. Who advises semenanalysis, unless you are only interested in total sperm count ; % viable sperm. Then look up labs via google, call and ask how much they charge. Good luck.

Depends: The answer to this question depends on the type of angiogram you need and the location in which it is done. Most are done in the hospital (most expensive). Some md's have the ability do these in the office setting for less but they are still expensive tests to perform. For example, in my office for an aortogram and detailed pictured of both legs the charge is over $1200. Comparable to a ct scan.

Appearace: Botox has mainly been used to temporaily relax the muscles of expression which cause facial lines or wrinkles.  It gives most people a more relaxed and rested appearanace.  Its cost depends upon the number of units used to create the effect.  You need to ask your provider how much per unit they charge and ther number of units used to get a idea of the cost.

It varies between do: It depends on whether you need to do upper or lower endoscopy or both. For stomach problems upper endoscopy is done and the costs are lower(may range from $1000 to $1500, varies by the gastroenterologist). Lower endoscopy can range from $1, 00 to $2, 000. But you can ask for financial assitance as some doctors will give you a discount if you are financially tight.
