Yes, but: Coronary aneurysm do not rupture (in adults) like aneurysms of the aorta. When present, they have no more significance than garden variety atherosclerosis and are treated the same. They most often arise from atherosclerosis. In infants, they may result as a complication of kawasaki disease and can become large and even rupture.

CTA vs MRI: Good question.  From what I can read in uptodate.com a  MRIS ANGIOGRAM study is better.  But it depends on where you are and the type of MRI available.  The hold standard is the classic intraarterial coronary angiogram.

: Echos can display false positive findings or be misinterpreted on occasion.  Not clear to me why you have had 3 prior studies.  Would agree that a second opinion might allow a different perspective and approach.

It might: A CT angiogram or the coronaries might show a pulmonary embolism, provided that the radiologists obtained full field of view reconstructions (some do not) and the pulmonary embolism is not higher or lower than the field of view. most often, the answer would be yes, a significant PE would be identified on this type of scan. having two ct's in the same month is not optimal, but likely of no harm.

This artery divides quickly into the left anterior and left cicumflex artery, both very important and large conduits supplying much of the heart muscle with blood.
