Don't take any: A healthy person with a satisfactory diet does not benefit from any of these supplements.  It may be useful to eat a diet rich in fish for long-term prevention of cardiovascular disease, but even this is uncertain.  Fish and krill oil are both marine oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids that may help some people with heart or vascular disease.

There is no reason: to think that there will be any adverse interaction between your medications and your supplements as listed. Potentially the fish oil could interfere with absorption of the Lisinopril so you might want to separate them by a few hours. No reason to stop them other than expense. No scientific evidence to recommend continuing them either.

CoQ10 &amp; Marine Fish: Oil are both excellent supplements and can be taken together.  CoQ10 is used more for muscle strength and cardiovascular health and marine fish oil can help to lubricate and moisturize the skin.  Peace and good health.

Premenopause?: As menopause approaches, it is not unusual for periods to become spotty and it regular. I would recommend contacting your gynecologist if this persists. Good luck.
