Other systemic diseases such as high blood pressure or liver or kidney disease can either raise pressure or lower the chance for the blood to clot. Pregnant women also have nosebleeds, prevention is to keep the nose moist with saline or rhinaris. Pinch the bottom of your nose for 10 min-elevate head.

The presence of blood in the urine, or failure to respond to steroids indicates need for biopsy of kidney with therapy based on those results. Case needs nephrologist.

Don't: The "ana boot camp" diet will not provide enough calories to maintain healthy body function. It is dangerous, and it would be unethical to help anyone with it. In addition, in near starvation conditions your body will fight hard to keep the fat it has stored.

The key to a healthier body is a balanced diet of lean protein, fruits, veg and whole grains that you can sustain for the long run.

No: Your friend is completely wrong. There is no proof or logic behind that claim.  As long as the air conditioner is working properly, has adequate ventilation, and adequate drainage, it is fine.  If not functioning properly, you can get air pollutants or bacteria/mold in the condensate which can make you sick but not the air from the a/c itself.

What I can tell you is you sound like you need to solve some more serious issues than whether to marry or have children  before you tackle those decisions. If you are convinced you are going to die at age 25, you need to look into that before devoting your life to someone else, be it a husband or a child.

Anxiety : At 21 all of these things are extremely unlikely. Try to see a psychologist as he may be able to help you deal with you r fears

Good luck: Issues like this are not easily resolved as they are perhaps more linked to personality than mental illness.  Personality is remarkably resistant to change.
