Need more info: When does it happen? How often? Does it happen with activities or exercise? Does it happen with eating? Need to see a doctor as there are many possibilities including rib injury, muscle pain, gallbladder, gastritis or stomach ulcer, liver conditions, etc.

See GI: Could be ingestion, infection, gastritis/ulcer or others. How long have you had the symptoms? recommend you to see GI doctor for eval if sx persist. Maybe EGD as indicated.

Self-cure: Just avoid anything that would cause you to be bloated like soft drinks, some fruits and vegetables...But be careful that the air in your stomach is not mainly swallowed air.

No: Bloating is usually fairly soft when you push on your abdomen. A hard lump is definitely not normal.

Not normal : Essure may cause cramping for a few minutes after but generally no pain after that. If the pain persist you should be evaluated for other causes.

Specifics please: In what position do you feel better/ worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gassiness?  Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial?  Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Ur doc will need this info 2 help.

Probiotics: 1- gerd: consider taking otc acid reflux meds x 2 wks, may need to check if have h-pylori infection in stomach
2- constipation: make sure to increase fiber intake and fluid intake in your diet 
3- irritable bowels: avoid causative food, supplement with probiotics and eat lots of yogurt, exercise regularily and avoid stressors as possible.

May be appendicitis: You have intense pain in middle to rt lower   abdomen  and it needs to be evaluated as soos as possible especially if it is associated with nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite and fever
in any case acute intense pain in that part of abdomen needs to be checked.
