No worries: In real life, that sort of transmission does not happen. Many things are possible in life, but worrying about the ultra rare events will make one's life miserable. One can just get vaccinated. One can also live a normal laundry experience, with normal washer-dryer habits, normal handwashing, normal sharing of bathrooms (meaning be clean enough to not catch other's diarrhea, and things will be ok).

Nosebleed/ clots: As bleeding stops during the course of a nose bleed, it is not unusual to see clots in the nose and back of the throat. If you are experiencing recurrent nose bleeds, avoid Aspirin and Ibuprofen containing products, and go in to your doctor to check your blood count and general health. You may also need to see an otolaryngologist (ENT) for definitive care.

Not likely : If the cloths were totally saturated with semen &amp; in direct contact with a woman’s vagina, there is a very slight chance that the sperm could enter the vagina. Cleanliness: You don't need to thrown everything away, but you do need to thoroughly wash and disinfect items that you use like your toothbrush.  You can dip the toothbrush in a very weak bleach solution, rinse it well and let it dry for 24 hours before using it again.

No: Doesn't matter. Soapy water will penetrate both sides.

Fomites: When the virus sheds onto clothing or towels, it can remain infectious for a period of time until it is no longer viable. Washing clothes and towels also makes it unable to be transmitted. Close contact with skin while it is viable can transmit the virus and start an infection.

: Blood clots in a calf vein ( thrombophlebitis) occurs when a vein is damaged or when blood stagnates in the vein due to inadequate mobilization such as occurs on a long automobile trip. or with prolonged bed rest. The lower leg,ankle or foot may be swollen.  The calf is usually tender on compressing it. Clots may break off and travel to the lungs (pulmonary embolism) which can be fatal.
