Possibly: If you've missed a period, then these could be signs of pregnancy.  However, hot flashes, constipation and passing gas are more often due to other things, such as stress.

Not sure: You need to be seen. Concern there is something creating a block from your neck that is leading to the arm swelling and headaches. Make an appointment as soon as you can.  Could be a swollen muscle or neck out of alignment ....But it cannot be ignored.

Fibromyalgia becomes a consideration, and a rheumatologist might be consulted. If fibromyalgia is diagnosed, then medications can be used for pain. Several alternative and complementary medical therapies have been demonstrated to be efficacious for fibromyalgia.

Parasitic ?'s: With GI symptoms as described, and evidence of a possible parasitic intestinal infection, get a stool analysis to determine if symptoms are a result.  "Tapeworms" or Ascaris are common contaminants of uncooked meat and water.

Dehydration: At 20 years of age, dehydration would be #1 cause. Nausea could be related to something you ate as well. If you're worried, see doctor and get your thyroid checked. If you're having regular menstrual cycles, then likely ovaries working fine.

Many places.: If u have a doctor with BCBS, they should be able to order testing for u which can be performed in many lab centers across Michigan. Most of the time, the charge is nominal (if at all) because these symptoms can be disabling &amp; potentially serious. : Side effects are very individual.  I would go to Drugs.com and look this up and all other meds you are taking. Enter them into the side effect interaction program and discuss with your Dr. Many drugs interact  with each other. Some in a good way and some in a bad way. Discus.
