Possible: it is always possible based on those symptoms. however it could also be an infection. you should seek gastroenterologist evaluation and possibly a colonoscopy, particularly if symptoms have been present for over a month

See Doc: You definitely have some GI issue going on.  Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a diagnosis of exclusion, but you certainly sound like you may have that.  Decrease stress in your life if possible, and increase fiber in your diet to try and regulate your bowels, and get into the dr. For an evaluation.  Best wishes.

IBS: this is probably irritable bowel syndrome. your gastroenterologist can provide treatment options depending on your symptoms. you may need an endoscopy and colonoscopy if not done in the recent past.

Vegan diet: If you are anorexic  and weak you can't be eating very much which could be causing your constipation. Also,if you include dairy products in your vegan diet,they could be causing constipation

IBS: Irritable bowel syndrome is characterized by alternating constipation and diarrhea which goes on repeatedly over a period of weeks or months. If your symptoms are only recent, they may be remnants of a viral intestinal tract infection or mild food poisoning. In this case your bowel activity will return to normal. For chronic irritable bowel syndrome look for certain food triggers. Avoid laxatives.
