Testicular pain: constipation and testicular pain are unlikely to be related.   Epidydimitis possible again.   A more serious condition called testicular torsion is always a concern.   This is when the testicle rotates on the sperm cord and stragulates.    This pain is usually intense.   If the scrotum is darker in color or extremely tender then go to the ER.    Mild to moderate testicle pain needs to see the dr.

Constipation: Why on Morphine? Is it necessary, like for cancer pain? If possible, decrease the dose until off the morphine. If not, try magnesium citrate and or fleets enemas. Any narcotic medication has the unfortunate side effect of constipation. If constipated off morphine, check TSH &amp; calcuim level. Hydrate with water, exercise. Eat more fiber daily. Try Metamucil. Prunes. Take miralax (polyethylene glycol) daily for now.

Yes it can: Presume ur referring to being backed up with stool. Symptoms should improve if ; when you are having regular ; satisfactory bowel movements. Clinic should have advised appropriately. Pain ; discomfort could be relieved by masturbation or sex if it's due to "backed up semen".

i have recently returned from a long road trip. i came back and i began having abdomen pain & constipation, which then spread to my groin and testicles, and my inner thigh. the testicle pain only comes up when i have been active. what could this be?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

A scrotal ultrasound can determine if scrotal pain is due to infection or torsion.
