See your doctor pls: Sorry, but we don't know your specific circumstances to be helpful here--how severe ; acute is your constipation, ; if present what's it's cause? Is there an underlying pelvic inflammatory process? What accompanying signs may be present (bleeding, tenderness, discharge) or do you have an underlying problem (colovaginal fistula, infection, colitis, etc.). Your doctor knows you best--call him/her.

Stay soft  regular: Your answer is in your question hard stool your main goal should be how i can change that
drink more water and less soda
eat more fibers 
eat less red meat and fat and more fruit and vegetables
exercise regularly at least walking every day either after super or early in the morning depend on your work schedule it is easier now with more day light 
finally take stool softener 
stay soft and regular.

Needs eval : This isn't a usual presentation for colon cancer, since it's usually without symptoms, and doesn't happen to 17 year olds very often. There are a lot of colon conditions that need to be considered by a doctor in person to figure this one out which i'd suggest you get done early next week.

Many possibilities: This public forum is for information, not medical advice. If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually right lower abdomen), kidney problem, constipation (crampy), stomach flu, twisted bowel, etc... People with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, usually need a doctor's exam to be sure it is not something serious.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Appendicitis: Evaluating abdominal pain is like solving a mystery.  There are usually many different possibilities, which can be narrowed down by asking the right questions, doing a careful examination, performing simple blood tests+/- radiology tests.  Constant rlq abdominal pain needs to be approached as "appendicitis until proven otherwise" due to the risks of no treatment.  Please see a doctor asap.

See a doctor: Hi, you need to have an abdominal X-ray, ultrasound of your abdomen and a gastroscope to look a your oesophagus, stomach and the first part of small intestine. Hope you get to the bottom of it
