i had a severe constipation 30 mins ago and i almost died. it felt like a hard stool was going to penetrate through the colon or moved in different position and pressed on something. then i had difficulty breathing. can this really kill me?

Very rarely kills: Constipation is one of those things that a person cannot let go on for more than a few days, because the food he eats forms poop, and where would the poop go? There is no way to relieve constipation except to get the poop out. There are many ways to do that, depending on the condition of the poop, the patient, and the plans of his primary and gastrointestinal doctors. The poop must come out.

my daughter is experiencing  nasal congestion, difficulty breathing through nose (side: both) , constipation, chills, generally feeling unwell.

See Physician: In general upper respiratory symptoms associated w systemic symptoms ( fever, chills) could suggest an infectious cause. Proper evaluation by a physician would be warranted.

: Drink fluids, including prune juice. If you have shortness of breath, please see your physician. A COVID 19 screening test is recommended. Monitor breathing and temperature.

could living a sedentary lifestyle cause shortness of breath? i dont exercise and i sit around most of the day, and sometimes it seems like im not breathing as deeply as i should be. is it possible for constipation to affect breathing?

: A sedentary life style does not cause shortness of breath. I will however lead to being de-conditioned or out of shape. If this SOB is new, being sedentary can lead to forming blood clots which can lead to a condition call pulmonay embolism. 
In you description of needing to take a deep breath, this occurs with anxiety. And lastly, no constipation does not affect breathing. See your PCP to sort it

i have trouble swallowing trouble breathing (sometimes) pain in the chest and down the left arm constipation abdomen pain and feel nauseous. could this be a hiatal hernia even though they didnt see it on a egd scope? they were looking at my esophagus?

Symptoms : An upper endoscope will see a hiatal hernia. There are several symptoms you mention. When the chest is involved with left arm and problems breathing pain one also thinks about the heart. You need an in-person evaluation from a doctor
