Cystitis: When you have a bladder infection (cystitis) you can have symptoms of lower abdominal/suprapubic pain and/or pressure, as well as low back discomfort. You may or may not also have foul smelling urine, the frequent need to urinate, cloudy or bloody urine. Might want to see your doctor and have a urinalysis performed to rule out an infection.

Urinary tract infection is one of the most common ones in sexually active females especially if the pain intensifies with urination. Pelvic infections is another reason. Intestinal problems would probably be next to rule out.
