Need culture: Sure sounds suspicious for a urinary tract infection, but without a urine culture that is all just speculation. Nitrites show up when bacteria are present, and you may not have lots of wbc's with some infections, so you really need to get a urine culture ordered to know for sure you don't have an infection.

im recently had excessive sweating at night, my foot is hot, have a trolling like pain in my thighs, neck pain, and chest and back pains too. any idea what could it be?

Room temperature: If you have not lost weight, it could be due to higher than needed temperature in the room. Try reducing the temperature, reduce the amount of covers and use a fan at night.
If that does not help or if you lose weight, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Night sweats: True night sweats occur because of fever that breaks during the night. Get a thermometer and take your temperature (and write down the results) 3-4 times a day for a few days. See a doctor soon if any fever (some temps &gt;100F or 38C). If symptoms continue with no fever, probably not a serious health problem -- but see your doctor for sure if your symptoms continue. No: Fibromyalgia and excessive sweating are both related to compromised energy metabolism. The commonest cause in my experience is poor diet and all the different forms of sugar and sweeteners are usually the prime cause.

Warm air: If the ambient temperature is higher, you will sweat more. Try reducing the room temperature where you exercise and sleep.

i've had a constant variable intensity headache for 3 weeks now, am sweating at night & increased skin picking - is my 100mg sertraline causing this?

Headache from drug?: It is possible.  Common side effects of this medication include:  headache, insomnia, anxiety, and rash.  You should consult the dr who prescribed this drug and tell them your symptoms.  It is possible you could switch to another drug with fewer side effects, if your dr recommends it.  Never discontinue psych meds without discussing with your doctor first.
