UTI, OAB, IC, stone: Urinary frequency common symptom of urinary infection or urethritis, overactive bladder, less often from interstitial cystitis, bladder stone, bladder or urethral diverticulum. Urinalysis can demonstrate UTI, or blood in urine. UTI treated with antibiotics, overactive bladder with medication. Blood in urine warrants cystoscopy.

Depends: It  is  not uncommon  to  have  an  abnormal  period once.  Stress strenuous  exercise, medical problem  like diabetes  or  thyroid condition are  a  few  reasons one might  have repeated  episodes of   abnormal menses.  See your  md,  if  appropriate  do a pregnancy test. You  may  also  need a urine test  to  make sure you don't  have a bladder infection.

Potentially toxic: Vitd is essential to calcium absorbtion. An excess can cause hypercalcemia which causes polyuria.You should hold the vitamin d and go see your doctor, give the therapist some feedback too.

More details please: More detail is needed.  If you are a woman, urinary tract infection is a common cause.  For men, an enlarged prostate or infection may be the cause.  Other etiologies include bladder spasm, kidney stones, etc.

Urgency: Depends on if you are male or female.  Urgency can manifest when there is a prostate problem, or bladder inflammation.  also if there is abnormal sugar levels or poor absorption of fluid/water.  See a doctor to get to the bottom of the problem
