Urologist: if you have not already done so, it's time to see a urologist.  in addition, all possible "UTIs "need to be documented with urine culture. Pyelonephritis (kidney infection) is a serious problem which can damage the kidney or lead to sepsis. You need to know for certain if your kidney is repeatedly becoming infected and if so the mechanism needs to be determined and addressed.

Get examined: may be just gas trapped in the splenic flexure of the intestine( splenic flexure syndrome ) which will be relieved with OTC Gas-X or Phazyme; however, these could be a lung issue and deserves examination and evaluation.
