Swollen glands: If the swollen glands are in setting of a head and neck infection such as ear, sinus or throat, then they will resolve as the bacterial or viral (mono)infection is treated. Otherwise you may need a biopsy to exclude neoplastic growth. Given the tenderness you likely have an infection and need to be seen by your doctor to make a diagnosis and possibly start you on appropriate treatment.

Doctor can evaluate: A person with itchy skin over a large area, but no visible rash, can see his primary care doctor to see what the problem could be. If the skin is very dry, itching could result even without an obvious rash. Otherwise, the doctor might look for internal problems that can cause itching, such as drug side effects, liver disease, kidney disease, intestinal parasites, etc...

Itch: itching is due to release of histamine that can happen if your body is reacting to something you are eating, inhaling or your skin is getting exposed to. try loratadine 10 mg daily for one week and Zantac (ranitidine) 150 twice daily for one week. both are over the counter meds

Allergies?: The most common answer would be allergies, especially if you have discharge along with the itchiness.  Other common symptoms that can go along with a nasal itch could be runny/red eyes and a dry cough.  See if you can find out what might make your symptoms worse, like animals, pollens, perfumes, or dust.  Also, ask your primary care provider.

Vaginal discharge: The volume of discharge varies considerably among women and timing in the menstrual cycle. Your symptoms at this time may be ovulation related increase in clear slippery discharge but if you continue to have concerns then see your PCP to make sure there is no infection.

Try moistening the toilet paper a bit with some water (cold, not hot) and wipe thoroughly; also, try and push inside a bit to clean out that rim. If that doesn't work, keep doing that anyways and get some antifungal cream at the drug store and try using that three times a day for a  week and if that doesn't work write back, there's more

Antifungal therapy: Ask your physician about the the use of topical antifungal creams with or without cortisone for itching.
