Salivary gland disea: Dryness of mouth could be due to salivary gland problems likesjogren'n syndrome that may also cause dry eyes.See your pcp.

Absolutely: Everybody's allergy to allergens can be different. stuffiness that goes away then comes back can be allergy related, try some over the counter loratadine or Allegra (fexofenadine) and see your doctor

Hydration : Most medications cause a reduction in saliva production. Diet and the amount of liquid intake also has a direct effect in saliva production.

Dry Mouth: Without knowing if you are referring to any of the head and neck cancers where surgery may have been done, it is difficult to to connect a specific cancer with dry mouth.  Many medications, however, can cause dry mouth.  This is especially try of some of the pre medications given prior to chemotherapy administration.  I would recommend you consult an oncologist.

took 1 scoop of animal pak multivitamin powder 2 months ago & now i have constant light headed ness & dry mouth. do you think this was the cause?

Not known: Was a scoop a normal dosage? Not really seen this product on PA pharmacy OTC shelves. Where did you buy it?  Maybe you should return it, might not be safe.   See a Doctor for a check-up, labs, and diagnosis to help you feel better.

Ear infection: Not dry mouth, no. It may cause ear pain, sore throat, tinnitus, fullness in ear, temporary hearing changes.

Yes: Please contact your doctor for good blood sugar control and long term sugar level test (hba1c).  It's very important to have very good control of diabetes.  Uncontrolled diabetes will lead to many medical issues(eye, heart, kidney, leg circulation etc).  Please make sure to have yearly eye exam and close follow up with your docs.  Exercises and diet helps with better control of diabetes.

some people feel dehydrated when taking dextroamphetamine. does dextroamphetamine cause dehydration in terms of an actual loss of fluid or is the symptoms of dehydration caused by side effects like dry mouth and headache?

: Many medications have side effects secondary to anti-cholinergic mechanisms, and this includes dryness of the mouth.  This is in no way a true dehydration, but consuming more fluids would be of value to manage this.

my serum corrected calcium(total) is changing. 10/29 - 2.25(2.36), 5/17- 2.34(2.41) and 6/29-2.46(2.52). is it normal for serum calcium to fluctuate this much and to be rising? if not, cause?  symptoms of v dry mouth, dark urine, body aches, anxiety

Yes: Calcium fluctuates like this. Total calcium reflects the amount bound to albumin as well as what is physiologically activated, and even taking a big drink of water will lower it briefly.

Diabetes: See a doctor and get a proper diagnosis ASAP.  This is the only way for you to know what is going on.  The sooner you see a doctor the better you can be treated
