Many people never read their insurance policies before buying them, and try to get the cheapest -- only to find it was cheaper because of limited coverage.  They learn this at the worst possible moment.

NO: See a neurologist. Avoid alcohol. Do not smoke. Avoid birth control pills. Begin with accurate diagnosis. Migraine can be serious but can be treated.
