Hemoral: seems to be a combination of diosmin and hesperidin. Diosmin is derived from plants and is a flavonoid; it seems to have an anti-inflammatory effect on blood vessels. Hesperidin is another plant chemical. The evidence supporting its use is anecdotal..and as with all supplements, its manufacture is not regulated. I would save my money. Good wishes:)

See below: There are actually around 20 articles in pubmed supporting the use of protandim.  I don't have any patients on it personally, but from what I've read, it seems to be pretty good.  Look at the info for yourself and see what you think.

Get help.: Thoughts like that are really alarming and should not be part of our normal experience. I would recommend seeing your physician or psychiatrist as soon as possible. Don't take any chances and get some help.

Whatever works: Get with someone who will be kind while still telling you what you do not want to hear, and to do things that you know you must but are reluctant to try. Be very brave. Good cbt will help you look out rather than in, forward rather than backward, at what you love instead of what you hate. This is a great step. Congratulations on wanting to change.

That can certainly: Cause  suffering.  Cognitive behavioral therapy can be effective in dealing with this problem. Look into finding a therapist in your area. Take care.

Chicken and egg: Argument. Actually nobody really knows exactly what a "thought" is. The best analogy that we have is the computer but if the brain is a computer it may be a new type.

Sometimes the thoughts are related, with one thought leading to another, other times they are completely random.   A person experiencing an episode of racing thoughts has no control over them and is unable to focus on a single topic or to sleep."
