can a concussion, by hitting the back of head, lead to blood deposit in cerebellum and/or pons area of brain? how serious is this? would the body and brain recover from this?

Concussion: Concussion indicates  trauma to the brain. The issue is how severe. If  pons i cerebellum would be noticeable on CT/ MRI. Acutely with pons - usually loss of consciousness and paresis/ paralysis  if 1 side the symptoms  less severe. Cerebellum -incoordination/ possible unconsciousness.  If severe  high mortality but people can recover  This is serious go to ER. Discuss with neurology.

i started having myoclonic seizures at 4 years old until 10 years old. did not start having them again until age 36. i then had 3 seizures in one year of which 1 put me in icu with severe concussion and laceration to back of head. am i considered an epile

Yes.: Across subtypes of childhood myoclonic epilepsy, many patients have an underlying genetic cause for their seizures. Despite advances in identifying causes of epilepsy, for most cases of infantile & early childhood myoclonic epilepsy, no clear etiology will be found despite an appropriate workup. Overall prognosis associated with myoclonic epilepsy in childhood depends on the underlying etiology.

does it take awhile for a slight concussion to the back of the head to heal?

Yes: A concussion is a "bruise" to the brain.  Depending upon the severity and if there is any brain swelling or pressure change in the skull, symptoms can vary widely.  It's a good idea to stay in contact with your doctor or neurologist after a head injury to watch for new symptoms but it may take weeks to recover.

Pain isn't concussio: Pain where you hit your head is normal. Concussion causes changes in vision, thoughts, alertness, or sensorium.
Can't say you don;t without exam, but doesn't sound like it

Incidental finding: The white matter changes are not related to your head concussion, they are rather chronic and have to be interpreted in the clinical context. Talk to your doc at follow up about the results and try to recall any unexplained symptoms (if any), in trying to determine if they are of clinical significance.

See your doc: A small bleeder could be missed on the initial ct. See your doctor for an exam. This could be post-concussion headaches but if worsening pain, new symptoms, or abnormal findings one exam, your doctor will obtain a brain mri. Good luck.

i hit my head back in 2017 but was never diagnosed with a concussion. ive had migraine-like headaches since then & im afraid i have occipital neuralgia after doing some research. are there any tips on alleviating the pain until i can see a doctor?

Headche: Occipital neuralgia is an irritation of your  greater occipital nerve.  It can be alleviated by a steroid injection.  Often this done by neurologist.
