Depends: What sort of subscription?  Is this to a periodical,  a recurrent receipt of merchandise (e.g. chocolate of the month club),  membership like in a gym, web site email (like spam) or some other recurrent item.  Find the email or mailing  address or phone number associated with your subscription and contact them for cancellation and hopefully a refund.

can you tell me anything about concierge doctors?

Yes I can!: A concierge doc is a doctor who no longer takes insurance, but is instead paid a monthly fee, or all upfront.  My patients (my max is 150-200) all get unlimited texting so we can fix most symptoms via text.  If you go to my website, so can look up the benefits (we don't get enough characters!) www.Drsim.

Financial alternativ: In this style of practice. the patients are part of a limited pool who pay in advance (usually yearly) a set fee which gives them excellent access usually 24-7 to a doctor. The patients are required to maintain insurance; the doctor will walk them to a specialist if needed and provides an annual physical.  The doctor does not have to bill or deal with insurance.  It is a small, lucrative niche.

: You have to log in GoodRx website, type in the medication name then there will be a list of all pharmacies which may list your preferred pharmacy. However, your preferred pharmacy may not be on the list for your medication.
Even you have the coupon for your preferred pharmacy but they do not always agree with that discounted price by my personal experience.

Exercise Specificity: Is key; if you enjoy running, find those; weight training, find those that apply. Generally, the more you read, the better. One magazine probably won't be enough to satisfy your interest and curiosity. Happy reading!
