Try looking online: Years ago, listings used to be available only in printed form. By the turn of the century, lists had become available online everywhere. Now, some lists are only online, and no longer printed. County medical societies (or other local medical societies), hospitals, insurance companies usually list medical doctors by name, specialty, and location. Look for psychiatrist or child psychiatrist.

If you must ask...: Anger is an emotion that we have for a reason but that we must use very carefully. Having a bad temper is likely to ruin your friendships, your marriage, and your career. If you cannot control yourself, you may be able to be taught how to do this, or you may require medication. If reasonable people have suggested your anger is a problem, get into an anger management class.

A psychiatric evaluation is in order with appropriate mood stabilizing meds as needed and a referral to a reputable psychotherapist who specializes in mood disorders.

All kinds: I have seen doctors with every type of psychiatric problem and have heard of doctors who have schizophrenia. When i was a fellow in child & adolescent psychiatry at johns hopkins hospital, i had a patient who developed schizophrenia while in medical school. Doctors are in no way "immune" from all or any of the conditions which they might treat.

Any type: It depends on  local laws.  In many locales, any doctor -- sometimes it takes two  -- can arrange for a forced evaluation at an emergency room or a facility.  But beyond the evaluation, there are typically safeguards which require additional assessments and decisions that continued hosipitalization is necessary.. Often this requires a psychiatrist specifically, with prompt concurrence in days.

Bed time: It would be preferable to take it at bed time in case the medication causes you drowsiness.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
