No, not really: Get set up with your doc, they will probably do a scan to establish your due date, the go from there by subtracting 2 weeks from the gestational age. Or, if accurate about 2 weeks from the first day of ur last period.

Conception is 1st: If your estimated date of delivery was determined to be October 1st (plus or minus 7 days) and was confirmed by early pregnancy sonograms, your estimated date of conception/fertilization was probably about Jan. 7th (plus or minus 3 days) and implantation of a fertilized egg/developing  embryo into your uterus may have subsequently occurred about 7 to 10 d. later ( between Jan. 14 and  Jan. 17) .

: Depends. You may not know the exact date of conception. It also depends on how you define conception. If you feel conception is the time on which the egg was fertilized, that occurs 14 days before your missed period. So, it is always somewhat of a guess. The length of pregnancy is 40 weeks plus minus two weeks, so knowing the exact date is not medically as important as may be emotionally.

How many times ahve : You asked about your conception date, please ask all future questions to your OB doc since I am sure u must have one since u are 28 weeks gestation now , and I have already answered your question at least 2 or 3 other times and u keep changing the dates , it is tyour ob's job to tell u when u are due, so call or see your OB tomorrow to discuss this just like I do with all of my patients.

12-14 days before mb: You most fertile days ("earliest conception date") are about 12 to 14 days before the onset of your menstrual bleeding, that would mean about day# 21-22-23 ( plus or minus 2 days) in your regular 35 day cycles.
