It is most likely: just an ovarian cyst, but some elements of it such as complex nature and mural nodules make it worrisome for tumor or even malignancy.  Consult with your gyn, but you probably need to have surgical removal for both accurate diagnosis and definitive treatment.

Depends: Probably not  at your  age.   In general when we  look at sonograms  there is  a comment on if something looks  suspicious or if there  is a lot  of fluid.  You  need to follow up with your md. (leiomyoma =fibroid a  very common benign  finding, and 9 mm is  tiny).

Do not have: the ultrasound report. The CT report is concerning and suggest there is a complex structure in the right area of the ovary and note that this need further followup.  Will probably need laparoscopy as soon as this can be done.  This is suggestive of  number of things. To go into detail is inappropriate and needs to be discussed with your doc. Best wishes.

Sounds like it: Do you have any other symptoms of PCOS?  I recommend Metformin, 500 mg three times daily, Berberine 500 mg three times daily, and 20-40 mg of Progesterone Cream applied topically days 10-24 of your cycle.

Complex Cyst: A simple cyst appears "clear" on radiographic studies, therefore a complex cyst is anything else.  They can appear to be filled with blood, have separations inside or appear different in 2 or more areas.  Radiographic studies are no 100% diagnostic, so make sure you review with your doctor.  Hemorrhagic means containing blood.  Endometrioma can mean containing blood or uterine tissue.
