MAYBE: There can be.
People on stimulants may .             M etabolize ' at different speeds.
Sometimes the tapering off will be gradual and realitvely slow, sometime sudden and crash - some are between. Sometimes a small dose before the crash makes things smooth. One has to work out the timing.

No added protection: New, undamaged, good quality condom when used properly can be quite effective against unwanted pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Doubling up is not likely to offer you any additional benefit beyond what the condon is intended for, just costing 2x as much. Also, it is likely reduce the sensitivity and thus pleasure associated with relation. I am glad u r using it. Good luck.

Great not Perfect: Used absolutely perfectly, only 2% of women a year will still get pregnant when their partners use condoms. But 18% of women get pregnant in general with condoms since condoms are often used carelessly. Use spermicide with condoms.
For latex condoms,  water-based lubricants, such as k-y jelly or astroglide are safe but oil based lubricants like petroleum jelly, damage the condom and make it leak.
