Blood test: There is no simple blood test to determine if a patient is taking any medicine for blood pressure.  Usually I can tell if a patient is taking their medicine because they are requesting refills at the appropriate time.  For example if you are given thirty pills, but don't need a refill for 90 days, well then you likely have missed some doses.

is it possible to combine my blood pressure drug: exforge, with other pain killers such as tylenol, (acetaminophen) panadol etc..?

Yes : This drug is a combination of amlodipine and valsartan. These are safe drugs with Tylenol. Panadol is also acetaminophen. Please do not take both . I would try to avoid NSAIDs such as advil (ibuprofen) as this can contribute to hypertension. Follow the label for correct dosing. The amount of Tylenol you can take is reduced with age and liver disease.

See below: Your potassium can be corrected in 24 hours with resolution of symptoms, if any. Thyroid hormone lasts longer. You may see benefit within days but it takes six weeks to fully equilibrate. Ask you doctor to switch you from Chlorthalidone which is famous for causing low potassium to a combination of hydrochlorothiazide/triamterene. This is just as inexpensive and avoids low potassium.

Of the drugs listed: clonidine is the only one commonly associated with ED unless diuretics are involved. However, other factors may play a role: uncontrolled BP, elevated lipid levels (cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides), emotional factors, insulin resistance/diabetes. The dose of drug is important factor: higher doses may cause problems whereas lower doses do not.  Some supplements may also be involved.

Multiple factors.: Assuming you refer to vasoactive antihypertensive medications, the decision concerning therapy is determined by the presence or absence of heart failure, ones electrocardiogram, and ones blood pressure, ideally taken both sitting and standing.  The decision requires a careful medical exam.

i take high blood pressure medication, losartan 100 mg.  the other day i took dramamine 3 tablets during the day at a theme park.   i had an syncopal episode the next morning at 10.   could this be from the combination of dramamine and losartan?

Lorsartsn faint: Would not think it was the losartan + DRA.  Was it hot at the theme park &amp;you got salt &amp; water dehydrated? Did your BP change?  If u are not taking it at home you should be. Check it seated and standing.

Or some with HBP get some dizzyness when they get a salt bomb lit

Do you get some bad food at park &amp; have a GI problem?  Or get a salt bomb (food at park) &amp; BP SHOT up? Discuss with team.

i have a pacemaker due to afib.  my medication is solatol and warfarin.  is this a correct combination? i have never had high blood pressure.

Depends: This certainly sounds like a reasonable medical regimen for someone with atrial fibrillation in whom the physician and the patient are working towards keeping your rhythm normal. However to know for sure, more information is really required.
