Make plans for life: Emergency contraceptive pills are for emergency use, and a woman should not have a sexual emergency but maybe 1-3 times in her lifetime. I have not heard of Family Planning not being good for a woman of childbearing age. Every woman should plan the aspects of her life. She should make life plans: finish school, date a while, get married, have a good job, settle down, plan when to have kids, etc...

: Formally learn the method of your choice and use it as instructed.  One method is Creighton Model FertilityCare System, it is taught by Creighton Practitioners.  Look for them in your community; some teach remotely.  Go to www.fertilitycare.org or www.creightonmodel.com.

Many options!: There are some really great methods of preventing pregnancy besides pills.  There are intrauterine devices that can be left in the uterus up to 10 years after insertion.  There are implants that can be inserted in your arm.  You can get injections monthly or every 3 months.    If you want to get pregnant in a year or two, I would recommend the injections. good day my daughter is 13 years old was diagnosed with endometriosis now has mass in belly button that's getting bigger and more painful is it normal she is on 3 months family planning for week now she was on orolcon pills for 6 months as well?

No: A mass of that nature could be caused by the endometriosis. However,  an umbilical hernia could be developing.  A mass that is getting bigger and more painful should be checked.

5 years of bleeding?: It would important to review this with your doctor. Possibly an ultrasound or testing of the uterine lining by biopsy or D&amp;C, could be appropriate.

Minimal endometrium: The use of the oral contraceptive pill can minimize the the length of the endometrium as an additional prevention for potential implantation. As a result, often at the end of the menstrual cycle, there is very little endometrium to shed resulting in a "silent" period. If the PG test is negative simple start the next pack of pills if you did not miss any of the previous doses.
