Very unlikely: Go see your doctor for an exam.  Tonsil cancers are generally painless, often difficult to see by eye, and begin appearing usually in the 30s in non-smokers.

i had a mole removed a couple of days ago and am now waiting to hear whe the biopsy says.. but i read some where that all moles that have changed color are cancer. i am 48 years old

This : This is not accurate information. Not all moles that change colors are cancerous, although the prevalence of cancer in changing moles are higher. The biopsy will be a better source to determine malignancy (cancerous) and mode of treatment.

None specifically: Many cancers have associated 'awareness' colors.  A common exapmle is pink ribbons worn to support breast cancer patients and breast cancer research.  To my knowledge, there are no specific 'support' colors for vulvar cancer.  I think that the awareness colors for cervical cancer (as close to vulvar cancer as i can find) are teal ; white.  You could wear teal ; white to support vulvar cancer too!

Lighter skin=riskier: In general, people with lighter colored skin sustain more sun damage with shorter amounts of sun exposure.  Therefore skin cancers are more common in people who are fair skinned with lots of sun exposure.  However, skin cancers can affect people of any color.

Pink w/ blue: I don't know of an official ribbon for male breast cancer.  Many organizations use a ribbon with 1/2 pink and 1/2 blue.  I refer you to an organization called men against breast cancer.

why i am getting intermittent loose stool immediately after my first meal? only after first meal, sudden urge, 1-2 times post meal,2-3 time/week.pungent smell,no blood, ,little mucus. other time,bowel is normal in shape/color. is it cancer? pls help?

Bowel problems: While it is difficult to rule out cancer completely from your symptoms it is not very suggestive of cancer. Any family history of colon cancer. Get a stool test done for parasites / bacteria and blood in stools. Also get labs for anemia. How is the appetite, any weight loss? One possibility is irritable bowel or inflammatory bowel disease.

Likely none: Primary splenic cancer is very rare and i doubt there is a ribbon for it.

Unlikely: It is unlikely that your symptoms are due cancer in the nose. However, you may wish to see an ENT specialist who may cauterize the area responsible for nose bleeds.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
