As a result, constipation is common,when you stop.  A good approach might be to cut down on the cleanses while you increase your intake of fruits,and vegetables and fiber.  Drink lots of,water.  Adding so,e movement would also,help.

Never: Good diet and fluid intake are all that your colon needs to stay healthy. Avoid tobacco and excessive alcohol.  Get colonoscopy after 50 yrs old. Artificial cleansing techniques such as enemas or laxatives are useless biologically in a healthy person, and may be quite dangerous.

Colon Cleanse: These are a waste of money.  Feces does not get stored in the colon.  It is a one way tube that handles waste.  You state you have good bowel function.  Then everything is already getting cleaned out.  These can also be dangerous due to the risk of bowel perforation.
