Lymph node: It is quite possible you have a swollen mandibular lymph node as the infection resolves so should its size and return to normal. If it doesn't see your physician.

Very Likely: Painful bumps under the skin are commonly swollen lymph nodes. They become swollen when infection is nearby and in your case it is likely from the sinus infection. Give it time and the pain should calm down. You might consider taking some over the counter pain medications if it becomes too uncomfortable.

? Old fracture: This could be an old fracture with a callous formation.  If you have never had a fracture, you should see a doctor for further evaluation of the lump.

Tonsils: The tonsils normally have cavities and once the infection disappeared they will still be present but not cause you any other problems

Highly unlikely: It is more likely to have facial swelling with a sinusitis.  There is an uncommon condition, silent sinus syndrome where the cheek or maxillary sinus is obstructed and fails to develop or gets smaller. If that happens the eye socket enlarges as the sinus roof drops and the front wall may collapse in with loss of mid face volume. However I have never seen it both sides.  Ct of the sinuses will show.

Facial swelling: It sounds like you have a real infection, either maxillary sinusitis or from your maxillary teeth, causing soft-tissue swelling called 'cellulitis.'  It sounds like a doctor is already treating it with clinda abx and NSAIDs.  Clinda (or penicillin) is great for dental source but subpar for sinusitis.  If the cheek swelling happened after medical eval, then go back or call.

Sinus infection : Only if over the forehead.  Check for a cyst or other problem if on the top of the head.
