The est way to keep you skin looking healthy is to stay protected from the sun with a hat and sunscreen, with both UVA and UVB protection and to maintain a healthy diet rich in whole foods, low in satuated, fats, and exercise regularly.

Pharmaceutical companies will make combined Collagen + Vitamin C  product and there are a lot of advertisements about it, just to appeal the customers.
I, myself, do not believe in these supplements.

That's great, but: It may be due to a lack of sound scientific evidence (based on randomized controlled trials) showing face serum and collagen drink to be beneficial for your skin.  It is great that it was helpful for your skin, but that is not enough evidence to believe it will be helpful to everyone.  You know it works for you, and as far I know there is not harm in it. Safe, ineffective: Taking collagen isn't harmful, but is not proved to be beneficial for any health maintenance or treatment -- for diabetes or anything else.

Collagen induct tx: Percutaneous collagen induction preserves the epidermis and promotes normal collagen and elastin formation in the dermis. Skin is impermeable to water. Normal regular face washing should not affect long-term cosmetic results.
