Cough asthma inhaler: Wheezing may indicate that you have asthma. An inhaler such as albuterol may be prescribed by your doctor. For nasal congestion, nasal rinses and clearing the nasal passages helps to reduce post nasal drip and cough. I hope this helps.

Virus induced: Viral infection has turned out to be the most common cause for worsening in asthma (exacerbation).  Frequently, you may need a short course of steroid , besides the usual asthma medications, to control the asthma triggered by a viral infection. 
Washing your hands more often may reduce virus exposure.

Asthma exacerbation: You need to be seen by a doctor.  You may need to add steroids or an antibiotic, and possibly a chest x ray

Go see your doc: Sounds like you might have asthma. You need to go see your doctor ASAP so you can be diagnosed, and prescribed rescue and maintenance medication if it's needed. An OTC antihistamine might help if you have allergy-induced asthma (perhaps to molds that are more prevalent at night), but they won't help with an acute attack of shortness of breath, which can be life-threatening. Go see your doc!

Maybe: Albuterol  treats airway spasm. Airway spasm can occur at any age. One can judge if albuterol is needed by assessing if there is any improvement with an albuterol treatment.

Non-allergic asthma: Astma is an inflammatory disease of the air tubes of the lungs. In many people allergic reactions are the major factors that contributed too that inflammation, but in others allergy is on minimal if at all a factor. The lung are still inflamed and therefore over or hyper-reactive and therefore still tighten and wheeze with cold air, exertion, smoke, colds, etc.

Possibly allergic: Sounds like a seasonal allergic response, or senstivity to an inhaled substance however given your age, it's best to get it checked  out. 
Dry cough and wheeze can also be related to asthma, and reflux.

Mgt: I would advise checking your temperature, if you have more than 24 hours of fever, an evaluation to rule out pneumonia is indicated. If this is an uncomplicated common cold, you should start to feel better soon. For your wheezing, I would advise using your Albuterol and following your action plan. In the meantime, rest, stay well hydrated and monitor your temperature.

No: Wheezing &amp; other strange sounds with breathing are signs of airway obstruction. This suggests triggering the process active in asthma. I would seek an evaluation during an episode. These often worsen on common cough/cold meds but improve on asthma meds.
