Try moisturizing: Antihistamines typically don't help widespread itching unless you have been exposed to something to which you are allergic. Dry skin is notorious for causing itching, and can be exacerbated by hot showers or changes in weather. Try taking cooler showers and afterward liberally applying moisturizer while your skin is still damp. See a dermatologist or allergist if your symptoms persist.

PMS vs. migraines?: Now, tell me....itchiness, lower left crampiness and such happening in the face of weather changes or are the headaches doing that? Do you have headaches with nausea and dizziness WITHOUT abdominal symptoms ever and do they occur with or before weather changes? If so, then, you may have an entity known as barometric headaches....treated relatively the same as migraines but they can be challenging.

Cold weather : Can dry our skin and cause itching . Key is to avoid washing with hot water . Use good moisturizing creams , lotions , skin cleansers eg cetaphil, moisturel , aquaphor  , eucerin, neutrogena, aveeno (oatmeal) etc.

Hydration: It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. In the mean time increase your fluid intake. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Sarna lotion: Drink water, use moisturizers such as sarna for sensitive skin, apply aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil when in the shower on your wash cloth, and use witch hazel for relief.  If you are still out of control see a doctor since it may mean you have anxiety.

Rash: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) & moisturizing creams are used commonly. If symptoms persist, consult your primary care doctor to find the cause & treat that.

Sarno lotion: Drink plenty of water, use moisturizers such as sarno since it stops the itching and use aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil in your wash cloth when in the shower.  Avoid very hot water when in the shower.  If this does not resolve the problem see a doctor as you may be showing signs of anxiety, .
