Myriad: Dizziness is one of the most difficult diagnoses to sort out sometimes. Almost anything can cause it: cardiac, psychiatric, endocrine, etc. For this one, I would first guess that you have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). I think the period is not related. You may need to confirm this with your Family Doc. Look up Epley's maneuvers. If you're no better, go get checked out!

very dizzy feeling when standing, as if floor is uneven/tilted. occurs sitting too. no new meds altho on antidepressants. no cold symptoms. not preggo?

Dizziness: Your medication list shows Timolol which can cause lowering of blood pressures and can cause dizziness. Other common causes include dehydration, viral infection etc. Pregnancy can also be a reason. You can safely use a pregnancy kit or see your doctor to further evaluate. Please do make sure you drink plenty of water.

Dizziness: Yes. Please contact your doctor since they know you better. He may want to test you for the virus. There are other reasons you may be dizzy as well.

Maybe: These symptoms could be from a number of causes. Covid 19 is on the differential diagnosis list. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

Hydration: You may be partly dehydrated. Drink enough water so that your urine is colorless and do this on a regular basis. It will also help with the dry cough.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Practice safe sex.

POSSIBLE sinus or: ear condition.  Please consider seeing an ENT doctor.  He/she will examine you ears, nose, and throat and see what is going on.  Peace and good health.  If nothing is found, consider vitamin C 2X daily and have your vitamin D level checked for possible needed supplementation.

i think i have a virus.  terrible knee pain, fever and dizziness.  then 3 days later cold symptoms. my joints ache but knees worst. had flu shot.

Having a flu: Shot isn't a total guarantee that you won't catch influenza. If your symptoms aren't resolving please seek evaluation.

Dizzy!: Please go to the nearest Emergency facility where they should be able to get you better quite quickly.
If that does not work out you are likely to be referred to a primary doctor.

Chronic sinusitis: The symptoms above are consistent with chronic irritation of the nose and throat. This can be caused by chronic sinus infections which also connect to the ear and cause dizziness. A Cat scan of sinuses can help. A more unlikely but possible cause is reflux disease. (GERD) While not typical, gastric fluid coming up in the throat during sleep can cause the symptoms as well. An ENT surgeon can help.
