Possibly: related. If you are suspecting a herpes infection, which is what causes cold sores , it would be helpful to see your Doctor to culture that fluid for a definitive diagnosis (and peace of mind).

Locality based pbs: These viruses do hibernate between outbreaks within the nerve roots where they are found. (facial nerve roots)  They do not travel around the body. A cousin of HSV that causes chickenpox can emerge in other body sites as a shingles outbreak which is similar in function to the cold sore process but the two issues are not the same. They do not infect the liver.

can herpes appear other places than lips mouth eyes and genitals? i get cold sores on my lips often but now i have had breakout on hands arms back

Yes: Herpes can appear throughout the body. Common infection of the skin or mucosa may affect the face and mouth (orofacial herpes), genitalia (genital herpes), hands (herpetic whitlow), eye (herpes keratitis) and even brain (herpes encephalitis). Please consult your physician to make sure that you do not have a spread of herpatic infection.

burning after soft bowel movement & urinating. little red bumps right arm/left wrist only for past 2weeks. have tiny tiny red sore forming on tip of tongue, had cold sores 1week ago. cant see pcp tell next week. how do i clear this up?

: When making a diagnosis we usually put all the symptoms and signs together and we try to come up with only one disease or syndrome. Based on what you describe, I wonder if there are relationship between oral lesion, skin rash along with bowel and urinary symptoms. If you cannot wait, go to urgent care because you will need blood + urine tests besides a thorough exam.

This is something : I think would be better handled by your primary doctor.If  they feel it's herpes outbreak monthly or more frequently:you could be prescribed medication.This medince could be taken daily to supress frequent outbreaks.

Blister like rash: Well this could be shingles if it 'wraps' around a certain area of the body - only on one side. If you upload a pic or show this to a doctor, they should be able to confirm it. Shingles is in the 'herpes' family of viruses, so it can come up as painful red blisters (like genital herpes). There is anti-viral treatment, so best to show a doc ASAP so you can get the best treatment.
