i am experiencing  lower leg pain, cold feet & hands and foot & hand numbness. i think i may have acrocyanosis but im not 100% sure?

i work with children and have been exposed to hand-foot-and-mouth recently. i have a fever of 101 and muscle aches/ unwell feeling, but no blisters or rash yet.  should i just treat it like a cold, or could hand-foot-mouth present like this in adults?

Hand foot: and mouth disease is caused by the coxsackie virus which may only give fever diarrhea or vomiting 
in adults may or may not give the rash
you should be better in a couple of days
drink more fluids and treat your fever appropiatly

Probably not: Sweat is our bodies way of keeping our inner body temperature at optimum levels. Temperature control is regulated by nerves. If the sweat is excessive may be immature nervous system. Talk to your MD for full history/medical exam to make sure this is just annoying and not sign of something else.

See doctor: You might gave what is called Raynould phenomena , when the sympathetic system go over drive as respond to temperature , stress ,  weather, ETC .... You need to see your doctor to be tested for that. Your varicose vein will not do that

Kidney problems: Sotalol is metabolized or broken down by the kidneys and therefore may create a decrease in the kidney function, leading to swelling and a possible decreased circulation to the feet.  This would thereby cause the cold hands and feet.
