Don't know when: this sexual activity occurred. the bleeding is likely from digital penetration. I don't know if your sexual partner has HIV infection or not. The other party would need to be HIV positive for transmission to be possible.

Rotator cuff: If you can't move the arm above the shoulder you probably have a rotator cuff syndrome and if you have numbness and tingling you have nerve compression- these two may or may not be related. You should see your pcp or orthopedics.
