Common: It is very common for thick mucous to cause an upset or nauseated stomach especially in people suffering from allergies or cold-like symptoms. Have you tried Mucinex (guaifenesin) to thin out the mucous or some antihistamine medication like Zyrtec to help slow the production of the mucous? Both of these are over the counter and work well for most people. IF they do not help you after a while seek medical help.

Cramps: This could be an early viral infection of the intestinal tract with eventual diarrhea and nausea ensuing.. At this time rest up, drink adequate amounts of room temperature fluids and flat ginger Ale, eat only bland,soft foods starting with saltine crackers or bouillon. Notify your MD if severe cramping persists or if vomiting or high fever develop.

Abd symptoms: The symptoms you described are not very intuitive as far diagnosis is meant. Cold feeling is it just discomfort or pain, is it always after milk ingestion? Is there any diarrhea, nausea/vomiting. How long have you had it? These and other points need to have light shed on to guide you further.

Take tylenol, (acetaminophen) rest, light bland diet, and drink room temperature fluids. If no improvement have your physician check you.
